Open Signal: Video art in flux was presented during the Luminaria Contemporary Art Festival in Downtown San Antonio, TX on October 18, 2025 at St. Paul Square inside the Espee Depot 2.

Presenting the work of 46 local, national and international artists. From Texas, Florida, New York, Chicago, California, Canada, Italy, Iran, Berlin, Ireland, The Netherlands, Mexico, Ecuador, Germany, Argentina, India…..

Bringing together experimental video, digital performance, and video works centered on performance art, the program explores the intersections of body, technology, and moving image.
